Coordination
Infoterra France , Consortium Coordinator is in charge of the coordination from schedule and financial stand point. Ensures that all activities of the GSE contract are carried out according to agreed schedule and quality. Reports to ESA and maintains control on all sub-contractors activities.

Service Strategy Committee
The RISK-EOS Service Strategy Committee provides strategic guidance and support to the RISK-EOS service network. It is composed of high-level representatives of the users community, scientific community, industrial community, and major GMES stakeholders.
The permanent members of the RISK- EOS Service Strategy Committee are:

Users Federation User Executive Body
The Users Executive Body is the voice of the users in the RISK-EOS service network. It gathers current and potential users of the RISK-EOS services. Its responsibilities are to synthetize the users feedback on te delivered services, to maintain a synthetic view of the users needs and priorities, to participate to the definition and prioritization of service network activities, and to disseminate information about the RISK-EOS services within the users communities in Europe.

Service delivery and Qualification
For most RISK-EOS services, service delivery to users is organized decentrally, in order to ensure proximity to the users and adequacy to their needs. The RISK-EOS partners thus take responsibility of the interface to the users and the management of service delivery, each in their own country or region.

Service Evolution
Service evolution activities are organized according to service chain “owners”. The RISK-EOS service portfolio being based on pilot solutions brought by the partners, those partners, named “service developers”, keep the responsibility for the evolutions and maintenance of these service chains. The “Services Evolution” responsibilities are assigned for each Service chain to SERTIT, TeleSpazio, Meteo France, Infoterra GmbH, METRIA, EUROSENSE.
